As an Assistant Mechanical Team Leader, you will support the Mechanical Team Leader in organizing and executing mechanical assembly activities and step in as a substitute when needed. Acting as the team’s operational “right hand,” you will help bridge planning and on-site execution, ensure smooth information flow, and support the team in solving technical challenges. This role is ideal for experienced mechanical professionals looking to develop leadership skills in a modern, international environment.

You will work closely with the Mechanical Team Leader and project teams, actively participate in mechanical assembly, support quality control and commissioning activities, assist with troubleshooting during startup, and help onboard new team members while ensuring safety and work standards.
