PAL 2800-X: Seamless High-Entry Palletizing System
As products arrive via conveyor, they are arranged in a layer-by-layer formation. Once a full row is complete, it shifts to allow the next row to be placed. When an entire layer is formed, the precision pusher system moves it onto an intermediate plate and then onto the palletizing double plate. The pallet is automatically lifted to the palletizing level, where the double plate opens from the middle, gently placing the layer onto the pallet. The cycle repeats until the pallet is full, at which point it is conveyed toward the exit.

The PAL 2800-X features a motorized entry line, a palletizing double plate for precise positioning, and programmable product turning for optimized stacking. A fully wired electrical cabinet with PLC controls and a touchscreen display for diagnostics ensures seamless operation.

No special maintenance is required—just an annual preventive check-up and simple monthly inspections and lubrication to keep it running smoothly.
