PAL 3600-X: Robust and Smart Palletizing in Action
As products arrive via the servo-driven conveyor, they’re arranged into lines on the palletizing table. Once a complete line is formed, entry is blocked, and the line is shifted to the next row. After an entire layer is ready, it’s pushed onto the intermediate plate and the palletizing double plate. The pallet is lifted to the palletizing level, and the plate opens from the center to gently place the layer. This process continues until the pallet is full, after which it’s automatically conveyed to the exit.
